Job Description

Games Library includes more than 400 types of games: Numerical Lotteries, TV Lottery Games, Sports Lotteries, Fixed Odds Betting, Instant Lotteries, Pari-mutuel, Video Lottery and Monitor Games.

Education, Training, and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED certificate; an associate or bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1+ years of technical experience in the industry.
  • Knowledge of TCP-IP troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of Layer 2 and 3 switching.
  • Basic understanding of Routing.
  • Knowledge of PPTP & L2TP.
  • Understanding of Domain Name Service (DNS) and DHCP.
  • Professional presentation/interaction.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Flexible schedule.


Duties and Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Network Manager and Director of IT, duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform troubleshooting to network failures to ensure long term efficiency of the network.
  • Maintain retailer networks to ensure they run properly.
  • Perform repairs, when necessary, either through online chat, phone, or in-person.
  • Train field service tech on how to troubleshoot and remediate telecoms issues.
  • Assist in documenting/reviewing and updating network topology.
  • Assist in planning and documenting new product deployments and the associated network infrastructure changes.
  • Provide first level of hand on support for remote network and server administrative staff.
  • Support with infrastructure device upgrades or replacements.
  • Ability to provide off-hours operational support when necessary.

Work Environment

  • On-call availability 24x7.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of time.
